ADL to Will: You're Kosher Again, Thanks

It's all good in the hood between Will Smith and the Jews. Oy, it was giving us such a pain already!

The Anti-Defamation League just issued a statement to TMZ, saying that they "welcome and accept" Smith's statement that Hitler was a "vicious killer" and that it's clear that Smith didn't intend for his Hitler remarks to be construed as praise. "He took immediate steps to clarify his words and unequivocally condemn Hitler as an evil person," says ADL National Director Abraham H. Foxman.

Smith was "incensed" that a Scottish reporter took his remarks about Hitler out of context from a recent interview.

1. You'd have to be mentally challenged to think Will supported Hitler in the first place. I'm just glad this ridiculous misunderstanding has been clarified!

5. This is the most worthless story of the year. Will meant no harm by what he said and it makes absolute and total sense. Hitler probably woke up thinking what he did was right. He was a psycopath and that's the way they think. All of you people that think negatively towards Will over this need to grow up.

6. Of course Will did not say something as silly as Hitler is a good person. Anyone who believed this story is just as dumb as the reporter who reported it. BTW seen I am Legend 3 times now........I can't get enough of will:)

7. Wow just on Friday people jumped on Will calling him all kind of names, what about a little apology!! TMZ how about getting the right information before posting. Will Smith is a a great guy and I love him to the end of the earth i never questioned his statement. People remember reports are know for blowing things out of content. And people are so quick to judge. Just remember that when you socialize with your family/friends/ & collegues. Things are never told the way that you say them.

So plz be man enough and woman enough to apologize to Will Smith.... I love you man

15. Media members absolutely have an inherent responsibility to report ALL of the facts of a storyline, as opposed to reporting only SOME of the facts which can cause an unjust slant to a story and an escalating tempest where there should be none.
The press has the power to ruin lives, and must make certain that the news is being reported objectively and not being created, particularly by ommission; in the current day rush to get that story out. 360 degree fact checking should NEVER, EVER take a back seat to expediency. At the end of the day, all a journalist and his story has is its integrity, because if you sacrifice that for any reason, you suffer that ultimate professional travesty; a lack of respect for your work.
