We don't like reading too much into photos, but Madonna's best bud Gwyneth Paltrow is clearly saying to A-Rod, "Look dude, I'm not telling anyone you're going upstairs. No one even knows she's in town. Trust me, my lips are sealed."
Gwyneth and A-Rod were at the reopening of the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach.
Truth be told, Madonna is MIA.
Madonna and Alex Rodriguez are apparently going to serious lengths to keep their meetings secret ... not that Jerry Seinfeld thinks there's anything wrong with that.
The funnyman made his Hamptons house available to them for a quick rendezvous recently, says the New York Post. Madge-Rod both got picked up by helicopters in NYC and then by the Seinfelds in the East End. The Yankee and Madonna spent four hours at Jerry's place then schlepped back to the city.
Madonna's rep said she was unaware of the meeting.
Looks like Cynthia Rodriguez got the hats in her divorce from A-Rod.
While jogging in Miami yesterday, C-Rod wore a cap with A-Rod's name on it.
There are some things Madonna just can't have.

That damn Yankee was papped out yesterday with Guy Oseary -- the manager he shares with Madge -- and the photog was dead-on with his extremely persistent line of questions.

So while Madonna and Guy scrap it out through their lawyers, A-Rod has been manning it up lf in a very public way all over L.A. and Miami ... and there's a reason.
We're told he showed up to Philippe Chow recently with a group of guys and sat very visibly in the middle of the dining room –- no ladies allowed. And over the weekend, reports the New York Daily News, he was in the clubs with two male friends. (He was also spotted with his ex-wife Cynthia and their daughter..)
A source of ours in Miami overheard A-Rod saying he's making an effort not to get spotted publicly with some random woman – because he knows "she's" watching. Guess who "she" is.
It's the face of pain. Being with with ex-wife Cynthia was one notch above being traded back to Seattle.
Alex Rodriguez was spotted with his ex and one of their daughters in Miami this weekend. Papa don't preach.
Worlds will collide next month, when Madge's tour hits Miami.

It's over already?
Unlike Linda and Hulk Hogan, Alex and Cynthia Rodriguez have come to a speedy settlement in their divorce battle. No details of the settlement were released, except to say it was a "private negotiation," A-Rod's lawyer told the Daily News.
Among the couple's assets that were up for grabs, Cynthia wanted the couple's $12 million estate in Coral Cables, Fla.
Another big point of contention was the couple's pre-nup -- A-Rod planned to hold her to it, but Cynthia was expected to challenge it. She was also seeking primary custody of the couple's two girls, Ella and Natasha, as well as child support to "maintain the existing lifestyle of the children."

Admit it, two things you never thought would happen -- Madonna turning 50, and her celebrating the cherished moment with husbore, Guy Ritchie.
Our spies were inside Madge's half-century soiree last night at Volstead, a private party nightclub in London's west end. They say about 90 people showed up for Madge's surprise party -- and she was actually surprised -- including her three kids (who came in through the back). Thousands of red roses were everywhere, her table had a caviar-filled crystal ball on it, and sushi, quail eggs, watermelon martinis and giant bottles of Krug Rose champagne were served.
At one point Guy stood up and gave a lovey-dovey speech about her. Madonna followed (refusing a mic because it was too impersonal), and spoke about how much she loved her loyal friends -- then went on a diatribe about Kabbalah that made people lose interest. Imagine that. The shin dig lasted until 3 AM.
With a face only A-Rod could love -- Madonna stepped out of a Kabbalah Center in NYC looking borderline human.

Alex Rodriguez has one less man in his life.
TMZ has learned Ira Elegant, the Miami-based divorce attorney who handled Shaq's divorce, has requested to withdraw as A-Rod's counsel.
Part of Elegant's motion to withdraw as counsel reads, A-Rod "has more than enough attorneys representing him in this action."
As TMZ first reported, A-Rod picked up two female lawyers earlier this week -- Cynthia Greene and Laura Davis Smith.
