Forget Beyonce's alter ego, Sasha Fierce -- she has a new fantasy persona in mind ... Wonder Woman.
Mrs. Knowles-Carter tells the Los Angeles Times she is definitely interested in playing Wonder Woman on the big screen saying, "A black Wonder Woman would be a powerful thing. It's time for that, right?" She has already met with reps of DC comics and Warner Bros to express her interest.
Seeing as "Catwoman" and "Elektra" were both box office bombs, Bey might want to rethink the whole superhero thing.

Sporting the latest from the Fall 2256 Goodyear Radial Tire Collection and one Freddy Krueger glove, Beyonce Knowles-Carter took to the stage at an MTV award show in England yesterday, looking like a cyborg pop star in Thunderdome.

Looks like Beyonce heard that whole "so they whited you up for that L'Oréal" thing, because now she really is lookin' like the ad, or Mariah Carey, depending on which eye you use.
BTW, she's wearing the ring. But we want to know if Beyonce is looking like the ad to blunt criticism ...

More on the L'Oréal front ... When Beyonce signed on with L'Oréal in 2001 her career was big -- but not huge. As she became more mainstream, her look in the ads appears to evolve -- into a whiter version of her former self.

The couple who have never confirmed their nuptials -- with Jigga Man denying the marriage to Vibe -- and Beyonce dealing with L'Oréal's whitewash scandal. They must have had no time. But thanks to Mike-B, 1 problem down, 98 to go!

Beyonce, or L'Oréal for that matter, probably had no idea that an ad for hair color would cause so much controversy. I am an African-American woman and I work for TMZ. Yes, TMZ hires Black people.
I saw the new L'Oréal ad a few days ago, and it struck a nerve. There's still a stigma of Black celebs acting "too Black." This ad re-enforces that negative portrayal.
Why can't a powerful, talented African-American woman be celebrated for her natural beauty? L'Oréal claims they didn't change Beyonce's appearance, but who are they fooling? L'Oreal obviously wanted to make Beyonce look White.
The L'Oréal ad is disrespectful and dismissive to the Black community. And L'Oréal's explanation is lame.

Everybody knows that Jay-Z got hitched to Beyonce -- so why won't they just go and admit it?
"I think it's really a part of your life that you gotta keep to yourself," he tells Vibe. "You have to have something sacred to you and the people around you." So he's not saying he's not married ... but he isn't saying he is.
We're still so confused -- Beyonce was spotted wearing what looked like a wedding ring the other night, and we were there when they had what looked like their wedding ceremony in Tribeca.
Morgan Freeman Thanks Elvis for Health
Morgan Freeman finally walked out of the hospital after his frightening car crash – and he was grateful to Elvis Presley for coming out in one piece.
OK, so that's because the trauma center at the Memphis hospital where he spent the last few days is named after the King, but still. "I'm doing very well," says Freeman to People. "I thank the staff at 'Elvis Presley' and many many thanks to my many well-wishers."
Freeman and his wife are in the process of getting a divorce.
Dennis Hopper Farts on His Own Flick
So if -- and that's a big if -- you go see "Swing Vote" this weekend, you'll be seeing a lot less of Dennis Hopper than originally shot.
That's what Hopper says, to Rush & Molloy: "I got cut out of that movie," says Hopper. "My subplot was completely cut ... It was important to the development of my character, and it's missing." Hopper plays a Dem presidential candidate in the election "comedy."
Disney didn't comment, nor did Kevin Costner, nor did the director.

Despite a clear difference from her regular appearance, L'Oreal is denying lighting Beyonce's skin in its new ad.
"We highly value our relationship with Ms. Knowles," L'Oreal says. "It is categorically untrue that L'Oreal Paris altered Ms. Knowles' features or skin tone in the campaign for Feria hair color."
Beyonce has been a spokesmodel for the company since 2001.

The ad features a severely Photoshopped Beyonce -- almost unrecognizable. So the question ...

There's a buzz in Scarsdale, NY, to the point where it's now "common knowledge" -- we're told Beyonce and Jay Z will be moving in and livin' very very large.
We're told they bought this modern colonial on one of the best streets in Scarsdale ... around 15,000 square feet on approx 2 acres. But get this -- it's NOT the biggest house on the block!
The house has been under construction for about 6 months. The house that was on the estate was torn down.
BTW, they got their marriage license in Scarsdale.

The married 26-year-old showed up to dinner in NYC -- after attending a Kanye West show, mind you -- dressed like a spoiled teenager on any Disney kids' show. She's just being Miley!

The marriage log book at Scarsdale Town Hall confirms -- right there with their Jay-Hancocks and everything -- that J-Hova and Beyonce got hitched on April 4. 'Memba that day?
According to the Town Clerk, the license arrived in the mail, and was fully executed and solemnized on April 4. The person that actually performed the ceremony sent in the license, not BeJay.
Because it was received later than five days after the wedding, the officiant could be charged with a misdemeanor. The clerk says the person will probably skate.
