Customs officials aren't the only ones interested in celebrity passports. State Department employees may be more interested in Britney Spears that you would ever have thunk.

An internal audit shows widespread, improper accessing of famous people's passports. The audit checked 150 notable celebs, including entertainers, athletes and politicos. 85% of them had been accessed 4,148 times between September 2002 and March 2008. State Dept. officials say that is way excessive and they smell a rat.
The audit doesn't mention specific celebs, but you gotta believe Britney is on the list. J. Edgar Hoover lives on!

Diana Bianchi tried to parlay the infamy from wrecking Christie Brinkley and porny Peter Cook's marriage into a music career -- right up until she got paid by Pervy Pete to keep her mouth shut.
Spies tell TMZ Bianchi stopped production on her big musical debut earlier this year because some of the songs contained specific references to her fling with Cook -- and that would've violated her deal with him.
Several people who worked long and hard to do videos and other parts of the project haven't been paid -- and they're PO'd.
As they wait for their coin -- they're considering legal action. Diana's mouthpiece didn't immediately return a call for comment.

Ashley Dupré -- aka Gov. Spitzer's fav girl -- has finally come to her senses.
The former call girl has dropped her lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild main man Joe Francis. She filed the suit back in April, claiming GGW used her name and likeness for profit. Dupre had claimed she was tricked into giving her consent for a GGW video -- but Joe long-claimed he had video evidence to the contrary.
Joe tells TMZ, "The filing of the lawsuit was a serious lapse of judgment on her part. I never did understand how I could possibly damage the reputation of a hooker ... This isn't the first time I've faced false allegations against me. But the truth invariably comes out, as I knew it would in this case. I am happy to, once again, be completely vindicated."
Her lawyer issued a statement, that said in part, "Ms. Dupré wants to eliminate all negativity from her life and focus on the positive. She has prospects for many exciting new projects and is looking forward to starting a new chapter."
Presumably one that doesn't involve selling herself.

Oh no he didn't!! Christie Brinkley's ex Peter Cook just said that Shrek "was more believable" than his soon-to-be ex's tearful testimony. The nerve!

During a lunch break, the cheater's, er, Cook's lawyer told PEOPLE "I think her performance was a performance," adding, "She's a good actress. It's been two years. She should be past this by now." Let's look back -- she was in "Vacation" and said, like, seven words. She's a model, you douche, not an actress!
Stay tuned ... this is better than TV.

On the second day of testimony in supermodel Christie Brinkley's super screwed-up divorce case, Brinkley says almost ex-hubby Peter Cook once called her threatening to kill himself by smashing his car into a tree.

Brinkley said she begged Cook not to do it because it would destroy their children. When asked why -- Christie responded "it was the right thing to do."
And -- if you can believe it -- the story gets better.

An anorexic guy -- yes, you heard correctly -- says Rachael Ray's show spit him out because he blew the whistle on their skinny-hating ways.

Admitted anorexic Aaron Ferguson just filed suit in Manhattan, alleging that his boss -- the "Rachael" accountant -- slammed the show's executive-in-charge, Priscilla Taussig, as "too skinny to do her job," demeaned anorexics as "sick in the head," and even commented, "Did you see Priscilla today ... all you can see are her sickly bones."
Ferguson says when he went to HR to complain, they digested his complaints -- and then his boss promptly made his life "so miserable" that he had to bail. He claims he was offered $4K to sign a separation waiver.
Aaron wants $1.5 mil in damages. Rachael herself is not named in the suit. Rachael's peeps didn't immediately return a call for comment.

A guy who readily admits that his head ain't what it used to be wants a billion dollars -- a billion Earth dollars, that is -- from Disney because, he claims, they stole his version of "Toy Story." How do you milk a mouse, anyway?

George Horchak says he wrote a screenplay called "The Adventures of Johnny Justice" back in 1967 and that it had a spaceman-cowboy duo in it. And that's about where the similarity ends -- well, except for both cowboys' ability to "exhibit a fast draw," says Horchak.
It's kinda sad though -- Horchak had a debilitating brain tumor almost twenty years ago, lives on Social Security, has used seven different names -- one of which is Johnny Dollar.

Cops say she produced a receipt -- but not for all the loot. She's been charged with fourth degree larceny and possession of stolen property.
A call to her lawyer Salvatore Strazzullo was not immediately returned.

This does not put the prudence in jurisprudence: a judge actually has given convicted felon Wesley Snipes the OK to jet off to London and Bangkok.
Snipes had begged a Federal judge in Florida to let him go work abroad on a couple movies, and Judge William Terrell Hodges said he could go for three days this month and also to Thailand for eight weeks -- eight weeks. Wes is waiting for his appeal on his conviction on tax evasion charges.
How's this for hilarious: The two films he'll be working on are called "Gallowwalker" and "Chasing the Dragon."

Rob Lowe's ex-nanny loves the word no. In a declaration filed today, Jessica Gibson goes line by line, denying every allegation Lowe, wife Sheryl and anyone on their side has made about her and her alleged behavior.

In court docs, filed today in Santa Barbara County Superior Court, Gibson says there is "animosity" between her and her sister Jamie, so you can't believe her yarn about demanding cash from the Lowes. She also adds she doesn't recall ever signing a confidentiality agreement to work for the Lowes.
Gibson says she had no clue she couldn't have visitors over to the Lowe house and "was not aware" that she needed permission for the visits.
And there's more ...
