Paris Hilton has lived with BF Doug Reinhardt a grand total of five months, and already the LAPD, the L.A. City Attorney and the L.A. City Council have gotten involved in her very noisy life.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD has received numerous noise complaints against Paris and Doug and cops are fed up. We're told from now on when anyone at the house breaks the law, there will be "tickets or arrests."
Neighbors -- one of whom calls Paris "a monster" -- have called their city councilman complaining about the way Paris disrupts the neighborhood with noise, out-of-control parties and fighting. The councilman contacted the City Attorney's office who is now dealing with the neighborhood complaints.
One member of the local patrol tells TMZ he's all too familiar with Paris etiquette. He was called out to her old neighborhood for the same problems.
We're told cops went to the Paris/Doug homestead yesterday to have a sit down with the boisterous couple, but they weren't there -- or, they were hiding.
Harvey and Mike took your questions on everything today -- including Carrie Prejean's war against that wants to release her solo sex tape ... and Shauna Sand's XXX advice to the "biblically correct" beauty queen.
Also -- ParisHilton might be full of it, Chris Brown visits Harvey's high school, Michael Richards' backlash vs. Mel Gibson's and Joe Jackson's allowance.
Paris Hilton says her neighbor and cops are mistaken -- she wasn't in the epic driveway fight this morning that sent squad cars rollin' to her house.
Here's Hilton's story: "Doug and I were in bed, sound asleep, when Doug's houseguests from hell got into an argument. We had nothing to do with it. Doug told the LAPD that his guests' fight was over and that we had nothing to do with it."
Ok, sounds credible, except for the neighbor who says he eyeballed Paris in her driveway screaming at BF Doug Reinhardt, and then watched as the two engaged in a mutual shoving match. And then there's the LAPD, who tells us after arriving they actually made Paris get out of bed so they could check for injuries.
Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt got into an epic fight early this morning ... so much so the LAPD responded to a call -- "Drunk people arguing" -- this, according to law enforcement sources.
It happened a few hours ago in the Hollywood Hills. An eyewitness tells us he saw Paris in her driveway and Doug getting in his car, when Paris began screaming, "Don't go, don't go!"
The eyewitness tells us Doug got out of the car and the lovebirds began "shoving each other."
The last the eyewitness saw Paris and Doug go back up the driveway.
According to law enforcement, cops spoke to Paris and left.
Cops just paid a visit to Paris Hilton's pad, to make sure she wasn't a burglary victim twice over.
We've learned the LAPD pulled a car over near the home where Paris Hilton and BF Doug Reinhardt live ... and the officers noticed Paris' gate was open. With the whole Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch string of celeb break-ins, cops wanted to make sure history didn't repeat itself.
We're told police went up Paris' driveway, went into the yard and spoke with someone inside to make sure things were ok.
It's all fun and games until someone gets outed as a rat -- so the lawyer for Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch suspect Nick Prugo wants his client kept far, far away from the people he snitched on.
Prugo just showed up for his arraignment in L.A. criminal court.
We're told Prugo's lawyer is pissed that a sealed affidavit was released last week, revealing that his client blew the whistle on the six other people who were allegedly involved in the burglaries of Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge, Rachel Bilson, Orlando Bloom and Brian Austin Green.
We've learned Prugo's lawyer will file legal docs today asking the judge to try Prugo separately from the other suspects.
And there's this: Prugo was put into protective custody when he was labeled a rat. Among the many death threats he's received ... "Snitches get stitches." UPDATE: Prugo's arraignment was waived until December 2.
Burglar Bunch suspect Nick Prugo just won another genius award -- taking a photo of himself wearing what looks to be Paris Hilton's stolen necklace ... then taking it one step further by taunting the heiress with a few choice words.
TMZ obtained the picture Prugo took of himself while flossing a "P" necklace which looks exactly like the one Paris -- one of the Burglar Bunch victims -- bought last year when she was dating Benji Madden.
Prugo even had the stones to write the following message on the pic: "Hey Paris, look familiar?"
Funny ... Prugo can ask Paris -- who was locked up a few years ago -- the same question if he ends up getting time as well.
Though Burglar Bunch suspect Jonathan Ajar -- aka "Johnny Dangerous" -- continues to stew in his L.A. jail cell, he wants to make one thing clear: He ain't rollin' over on anyone while he's in there.
As we previously reported, Nick Prugospilled his guts to police after he was arrested -- and in his finger pointing, named Ajar as one of the people involved.
Ajar's attorney, Michael A. Goldstein, tells TMZ: "While Mr. Prugo continues to implicate others ... Ajar is sitting in custody and has not pointed the finger at anybody. He understands his minimal role in this mess."
Then there's this: Goldstein says Ajar has only known the rest of the group for the last six months. Paris' break-in happened in December.
Ajar is facing six counts possession for sale of a controlled substance, three counts possession of a firearm by a felon and one count possession of ammunition.
It's been exactly four years since Paris Hilton's boyfriend smashed her brand new Bentley into the back of a parked car ... and TMZ went live for the first time. Since then, we've broken a few stories...
Take a stumble down memory lane ... not too bad for a four-year-old.
One of the members of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch is speaking out -- and the charges definitely have her shaking in her Converse.
We got Courtney Ames at Obsession Tattoo -- where she said she was "very worried" about being charged "with something I'm not a part of."
As we previously reported, Ames has been charged with felony first degree residential burglary of Paris Hilton.
As for that picture of her wearing a necklace that suspiciously looks like one stolen from Lindsay Lohan -- Ames still has it and says she got it at a local store ... without a five finger discount.
WWE star Chris Jericho is wrestling with a pretty serious controversy -- after he made a slew of offensive slurs against Middle Easterners and gays.
Jericho was at the Sacramento Horror Film Festival two weeks ago ... for a screening of a movie in which he appears. During a Q&A session, Jericho referred to the moderator several times as "Hadji" -- a term sometimes used as a racial slur against Middle Easterners.
After the first wave of slurs -- and a random shot at Paris Hilton -- the host jokingly takes Jericho's drink to sniff it for booze, when Chris chimes back, "it's apple juice ... fag."
Jericho tells TMZ, "After seeing the video I realize some inappropriate comments were made and I apologize if I offended anybody." Jericho continues, "Just know that everyone on stage was having a blast and we all shared a drink and a laugh after! The good news is I got my wish of being posted on TMZ."
This week at Circus Circus' Fright Dome in Las Vegas, three bloody, messed up looking freaks did what we all wish we could: Go after Paris Hilton with a chainsaw!
The virgin always survives in horror movies. Somehow Paris did too.
Paris Hilton was in a good mood at the beginning of last night -- but things quickly turned south when guests at her party had a hard time getting through security.
There were no police complaints last night, but Paris was furious at the line of cars waiting to get into her soiree -- and she blamed the security staff outside.
Dressed in her Dorothy getup (with a matching Doug Reinhardt by her side), Paris threw out expletives as she voiced her displeasure, screaming, "I'm going to have everyone f**king fired after this shit."
Before cops showed up at Paris Hilton's home last night, she once again trashed the people who broke into it.
Outside Philippe, Paris tore into the Burglar Bunch -- who allegedly stole $2 million worth of property from her -- calling them "dirty rotten thieves" and "scumbags" who deserve 10 years in the slammer.
As we previously reported, several of the suspects have had run-ins with the law before -- and if they're found guilty, they could be S.O.L.
Cops are still on the hunt for the final member of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch -- a guy who has a serious in with major Hollywood celebrities.
TMZ has learned Johnny Dangerous -- aka Jonathan Ajar -- is a promoter at a major Hollywood nightclub frequented by most of the stars on the Burglar Bunch hit list.
We've learned four of the six Burglar Bunch suspects have been photographed inside Ajar's nightclub before-- and Ajar himself has been photographed hanging out with several celebrities like Will I. Am and Suge Knight.
Ajar is currently a wanted man in connection to the burglaries of Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Audrina Patridge and more -- but cops say Ajar is nowhere to be found.
